Hello new heights!

01 Understanding your business

Our process starts with active listening. It's important that we fully understand your business model, margin and goals. We need to become deeply familiar with your short and long term forecast, along with all opportunities and blockers identified. Together we will build a data-led growth forecast for affiliate revenue which becomes the blueprint for our partnership.

02 Embedding with your team

The next priority in month one, is RevWise to become embedded with your wider team. We will begin attending key commercial meetings and getting set up with branded emails and internal comms channels. Working closely with your existing team will allow us to move quickly and hit the ground running, with a clear view on how the affiliate program feeds in to all other commercial efforts.

03 Nailing the fundamentals

Whether you have an existing affiliate program or we’re launching for the first time, it’s crucial for us to fully optimise and set up the program for success. This includes a full review of all back-end technicals, tracking, commissions, compliance, creative assets, messaging, promos, product feeds and publisher T&Cs. During this period we’ll also engage with any publishers already on your program (or known to RevWise) to build the relationship further, understand their capabilities and incentivise further growth.

04 Drop bombs

Following our investigation into your market, competitor research and gap analysis; our research and data team will create an exhaustive list of every specific decision maker we need to contact for all publishers identified. For every contact we research job titles, working email addresses, Linkedin URLs, and phone numbers. Using this data -and with carefully crafted messaging - we engage with new publishers via our relentless cold sales outreach process, generating new relationships en masse.

How we work

Don't wait for your affiliate program to grow on its own.
